Do you offer a service trial?

We offer a 1-week trial for just $1 USD that includes $5 USD in credit. It's not free, but the value is symbolic and less than the included credit. Additionally, we provide a free initial assessment to size your specific needs before contracting any plan. You can cancel at any time during the trial period without additional commitment.

How long does it take to implement OmnIAtix Chat?

You can set up your first AI agent and start responding to basic queries in less than 60 minutes. For more complex integrations with your systems (MCP), the process can generally take between 1 and 15 days depending on your plan and specific requirements.

What plans and pricing are available?

We offer three main plans: Starter ($39/month with 100 credits), Growth ($99/month with 500 credits), and Pro ($499/month with 3,000 credits). We also offer customized Enterprise plans for large companies. All plans include different levels of features, channels, and integrations.

How are AI credits counted?

Credits are consumed when users interact with your AI agents, not when human agents respond. Each model has different consumption rates: GPT-4o-mini (~10 messages per credit), Claude Sonnet 3.7 (~5 messages per credit), and GPT-4.1 (~1 message per credit). Credits are also used for audio functions: Text-to-Speech (~1 credit per 2 minutes of generated audio) and Speech-to-Text (~1 credit per 3 minutes of processed audio).

Can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. There are no mandatory permanence periods or penalties for early cancellation.

What communication channels does the platform support?

Depending on your plan, OmnIAtix Chat supports WhatsApp Business (we are an Official Tech Provider), Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct, Email, Web Chat, Telegram, and SMS. The Starter plan includes WhatsApp Business and Web Chat.

What are MCP integrations and what systems do they support?

MCP (Model Context Protocol) integrations allow your AI agents to interact directly with over 250 business applications such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Shopify, Salesforce, Slack, CRMs, ERPs, and booking systems, among others. This allows them to perform actions like scheduling appointments, updating inventory, or processing orders without human intervention.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers for annual plans, and PayPal.
