Credits
Each plan includes monthly credits for the assistant replies. If they run out, you can add packs from your account.
What WhatsApp charges
Meta, the company behind WhatsApp, charges for the messages your number sends, at its own rates and directly to the card on your WhatsApp account. Without a payment method there, Meta does not deliver the replies. That charge does not go through Omniatix Chat and is not part of your plan.
Payments and invoicing
Purchases and subscriptions are processed with Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record), which handles taxes, invoicing and regulatory compliance.
Refunds and cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Refunds are available within 14 days only for unused accounts; see the terms for details.
