What is Omniatix Chat?
An artificial intelligence assistant that answers the customers of your business on WhatsApp. You set it up by writing instructions and, when needed, someone on your team takes over the conversation.
How much does it cost?
There are three monthly plans: Starter (USD 39), Growth (USD 99) and Pro (USD 499). Each one includes monthly credits; see the pricing page for details.
What are credits?
The assistant replies use credits. If they run out before the end of the month, you can add packs from your account.
Is what WhatsApp charges included?
No. Meta, the company behind WhatsApp, charges for the messages your number sends, at its own rates and directly to the card on your WhatsApp account. Without a payment method there, Meta does not deliver the replies. That charge does not go through Omniatix Chat.
Is Omniatix authorized by Meta to connect WhatsApp?
Yes. Omniatix is a Meta-verified WhatsApp Tech Provider, which allows it to connect the numbers of its customers to the WhatsApp Business Platform.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time, from your account settings. There is no minimum term.
